CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Client satisfaction is our utmost priority. At L5, we understand that our clients have constrained budget and resources to dedicate to their capital projects, but our goal as a Construction Management remains to lessen the burden placed upon our clients by providing single point accountability for all project works.
With our clients’ best interests in mind, the L5 team manages all aspects of the building process from its inception, while the client retains full financial control of the project. We make it a priority to ensure a consistent level of communication is met across all project participants and consultants.
We will identify and address any questions or concerns related construction, design, schedule and cost, and work with the client team to develop viable solutions for the same.
Whether it’ll be assisting the architecture team during the development phase, to commissioning and project turnover, L5 always tailors its services to best suit your project needs.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
Through the use of a General Construction contract, L5 will assume full responsibility for all building related activities and will deliver a turn-key product that meets agreed upon schedule and pricing values.
While clients are kept apprised of all job-related progress via regular meetings with the project team, all risk is borne by L5 and the client is kept removed from the minutia of operations on site. This is the preferred method of construction for many of our repeat clientele, who have come to rely on the L5 team for excellence in construction under even the most challenging of conditions.
DESIGN BUILD
Often a project begins with an idea on a scrap of paper – L5 will take this idea and work with the client to turn it into a reality through the Design-Build process. At L5, we take the time to identify and prioritize our clients’ immediate project requirements and business objectives.
Taking these needs into account, we will assemble a design-build team of architectural, engineering and real estate professionals that will creatively and efficiently develop a product that will exceed all client expectations. The L5 approach to design-build projects is streamlined, and the L5 team will assume total project accountability to establish a singular source of contact for all project needs and concerns.
Our clients need not worry about the management of multiple team members and components during project development, because L5 will act as an extension of the client’s team and represent their interests from the very beginning. Lines of communication are kept open and the transition from Pre-Construction through Construction and close-out is seamless, so as to minimize the impact on client resources during this time.
